This is my 2nd night and I wake up feeling good. Not that hungry as I used to be. I cant expect miracles happen so fast but so far I do see a difference in my appetite. Hopefully this will take me go a step closer to my treadmill :)
The bottle I quite big (see the picture) I take it at bedtime for a week now, and I don't wake up to get to the fridge and eat some snack in the middle of the night (as I usually did) Also it tastes nice, I mix it with sparkling water, and it goes like cherry (?) lemonade. Would recommend.
